Street Parking

Section 3.2 of the Rules & Regulations (May 1, 2002) state: “Overnight or persistent parking on the streets and cul-de-sacs within the Meadows is not allowed. Occasional overnight guest parking will be permitted except around fire hydrants and/or during snowfall when plows will need unobstructed pathways.”
Violators of this provision are subject to towing at their own expense.
Additionally, Noblesville Police Chief Kevin Jowitt has advised the Board that Noblesville City Ordinance requires a minimum of 18’ clearance on city streets at all times to allow for passage of emergency vehicles. If the 18’clearance is not available, contact the Noblesville Police at 773-1300 immediately (while the violation is occurring).
Another parking concern is vehicles parked on the street that leak oil onto the street. For an individual doing this in the street OR even in their own driveway, it should be reported through the city’s Report a Polluter program. At the bottom of the city’s website (, there is a link for Report a Polluter. If you click on that, it will take you to a form to fill out to report the violation. Please note that if you prefer, you may you’re your report anonymously. If you have specific questions about the Report a Polluter program, you are welcome to call Tim Stottlemyer or Ira Goldfarb at the Wastewater Utility (776-6353).
